Founded in 2020 by Susan Maddox in loving memory of her late husband, Keith Maddox, the Keith Maddox Memorial Scholarship Fund continues his legacy of positivity and dedication to higher education. Keith, who passed away on September 4, 2019, was known for his unwavering commitment to success and his belief in the power of education.

Through this scholarship, Mrs. Maddox and American Hat Company strive to honor Keith’s memory by supporting two deserving high school seniors each year. Partnering with the National High School Rodeo Association, the fund shines a light on exceptional students during the NHSRA High School Finals Rodeo each summer.

The scholarship embodies Keith’s spirit of generosity and his philosophy of “Positive Times,” providing students with opportunities to further their education and achieve their dreams. By celebrating Keithโ€™s legacy in this way, Susan and American Hat Company are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of young scholars.
