American Hat Company New Official Cowboy Hat of Jr. Rodeo

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Jr. Rodeo is proud to announce that American Hat Co. will be the official hat of Jr. Rodeo, the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association youth program focused on attracting contestants, 8-19 years of age, to the sport.

American Hat Co. is one of the most respected cowboy hats in the sport of rodeo, making for an exceptional partnership between Jr. Rodeo and American Hat Co.

“American Hat Company is so excited to be the Official Cowboy Hat of Junior Rodeo,” American Hat Co. President Keith Mundee said. “These kids are the future of the sport of rodeo, and we are happy that we can give something back to them. Thank you to the Jr. Rodeo vision to expand the sport of rodeo and allow more sponsors to participate!”

Jr. Rodeo, the youth initiative for the PRCA, was created to identify the next generation of contestants through education, fundamental development and a one-of-a-kind competition series. Now, American Hat Co. will officially be a part of that growing endeavor.

“Jr. Rodeo is excited to welcome American Hat Co. to the family,” PRCA’s Director of Athlete Development and Welfare Anthony Bartkowski said. “Youth initiatives are important for the growth of our sport and partnering with companies who value these initiatives will help us grow.”

To kick off this partnership, all new Jr. Rodeo members during the month of June will be eligible to win an American Hat Company straw hat! Ten winners will be chosen at random!

American Hat is a longtime endorsee of numerous PRCA cowboys. Some of its key team members are: Tuf Cooper, Jackie Crawford, Haven Meged, Shane Hanchey, Tim O’Connell, Tilden Hooper, Shad Mayfield, Junior Nogueira, Brody Cress, and many more.
